We are aware of our social, ecological, and economic responsibilities. Indeed, we highlighted the development of our own sustainability strategy as an important focus area in 2021. This strategy encompasses topics such as resource efficiency/conservation and renewable energy. Other components include measuring our carbon footprint and committing ourselves to a climate protection project. However, our employees’ well-being is also extremely important to us. Top of the agenda here are work-life balance and digitalization in the context of daily working life. In the coming year, we will continue to expand our measures to protect the environment and people in line with our guiding principle “Taking Health a Step Further – Natural, Human, Holistic”.
