Impulse

It has always been important to us to build relationships with our partners, suppliers, and employees based on dignity and mutual respect. Generally speaking, this approach is validated by our longstanding relationships with existing customers and our low employee turnover. Our special partnership with our US distributor will undergo a change at the end of the year when CEO Michael Sheehan retires after more than 20 years at the company. We can look back on the past 20 years with a lot of gratitude and very fond memories, and can now also look to the future and the continued maintenance and expansion of this partnership. We are also focusing on a key guiding principle as part of our sustainability strategy: “We respect, protect, and promote the well-being and interests of our employees.” To provide a platform for further measures in this context, in November 2021 we asked all staff members to complete a comprehensive survey about their current job satisfaction, wishes, suggestions, and areas for improvement. Based on these findings, various measures are being developed to further increase employee satisfaction and cohesion within our company. Moving forward, we also plan to keep an ear open for feedback – both internal and external!
